Partially Removed claw near the base of the Paw

My 15 year old German shepard/collie mix named Keisha has injured her claw, it is partially removed near the base of her paw. She can not walk on this paw. We have tried cleaning the area (she wont let us near the injured claw). I am giving her regular strength asprin for the pain. What can be done!
